Quirky waterfront home on buckeye lake located a short distance from Papa Boos and Waterfront Bar. This recently remodeled, retro-style home is great for a girls weekend or fun trip to visit buckeye lake. Hot tub is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day, and pool table, cornhole and provided board games provide plenty of entertainment in in-climate weather. Some important things to note: while we are waterfront (no houses between us and the water), we do not have water access from our property, there is a path and privately owned green space between us and the water. As with all houses on this side of the lake, we are on a well and have well water. Our lower lever has LOW ceilings. The downstairs twin room and bathroom with double vanity and tub have 6' ceilings. First and second floor are separated by a spiral staircase and lower level has a walk-out to outside. Because of the spiral staircase, this home may not be suitable for some small children, pets, or guests with mobility issues. Upstairs two bedrooms and shared full bath with walk-in shower, and downstairs kitchen have normal ceiling heights.
