Home is 600 sqft, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a twin bed. Small living room with TV, vintage boardgames, an eat in kitchen with bench seating and granite counter tops. Stackable washer and dryer. Full wet room bathroom with walk in shower. Vaulted ceilings with exposed trusses for an open airy feel with some character. Backyard has seating, a deck with 3 person hot tub, fire pit, and patio furniture. Guests have the whole home. Owner also owns a boat dock within walking distance for guests bringing a boat, please coordinate with us ahead of time on dock usage.
